Which bvi is the best for a young couple vacationing?

My boyfriend and I are interested in vacationing in the bvi in the next few months but I've never been before and I am clueless where to stay. We're a young couple and we love out doors activities (hiking, snorkling, biking, ect.). I would also like to do a little shopping. Any advice or recommendations? We're also considering staying in a small villa, how are they vs hotels? Thanks :D

There is the U.S.V.I which is part of the U.S. and then there is B.V.I which is owned by the Queen or independent.



I went to Virgin Gorda a long time a ago it was very small and intimate but very beautiful.



Sometimes they do special discounts on villas and hotels depending on how long you're going to stay and what time of year you'll be going.

There are ALL sorts of resorts in the BVI. they range from VERY pricey to moderate. It's really about what you like to do. When I lived on St. Thomas, we could cruise back and forth w/no problems. St. Thomas is the "Mall of the Caribbean" for shopping, One thing to remember.... no matter where you stay, don't miss "The Baths" on Gorda. It's a little strange, the rocks are so big, walking/swimming in and out, but, it's a once in a lifetime experience. If you're loaded, try the Rosewood.

I would suggest you stay in or around Road Towm BVI good resorts.restaurants and shopping can be had in the area. Sota of in the middle of it all. I have listed a good web site to get up to date info on any questions you might have. Have a good trip.

Electric bike scooters are what i am thinking about getting to reduce my carbon footprint and reduce my transportation cost. I have a buddy who as one of these electric bike scooters and it is great to ride on so I have pretty much made my mind up.
