Winter is the best time to take cruise to the Carribbean or Mexico because in the summer its like a 110 degrees almost. In the winter its in the 80s and 90s. Also Carnival is one of the cheapest but I would spend maybe 100 dollars extra to go on Royal Carribbean. If you decide to go on Norwegian Cruiselines, definetly stay away from the Norway one of their ships. It is in horrible condition.

I think April is a good month, so is September, but watch out for Hurricanes. They got my cruise cancelled last year, but I think I am going to try again this year in September, cause it is cheaper then the high season (summer).

CHeap is Carnival but if you want quality Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, they are reallynice, I would say best time is August/September, and Caribbean is lots of fun.
