Cuba is the largest island by far in the Carribbean. United State citizens are not allowed to enter Cuba though. The largest island allowed for visit by U.S. citizens is Hispanola, the name of the island for Dominican Republic and Haiti.

The "Carribbeans" are no geografical definition. There is only the Caribbean sea. But the Islands are known under the name of Antillas. The big Antillas and the small Antillas. In the Caribbian sea you have Islands near the Coast of Venezuela, the biggest one is called peninsula da Paraguana.
