1 year anniversary and we're looking at staying in Belize for 1 week, at Hatchet Caye resort. We don't want to be stuck in our room for 6 days because of too much rain or winds. But we are not afraid of a little bit of rain.

Yes, I would recommend you to come. August is part of the rainy season, but thunderstorms are rare and it doesn't rain everyday. Most likely, it will be sunny, with very few mild showers.

Crowded nevertheless it receives, i might in all danger universal propose the Newquay section, till peace and quiet is a actual priority. (edit: for peace and quiet, and character, i might consider 'er indoors, under, and Polruan, yet it is not a speedy place to get removed from for day journeys by utilising vehicle, the beaches are lots extra limited on the south coast, and a few are shingle relatively than sand: seek for beaches on the extra suitable URL) a solid hour off your experience time each and every way while in comparison with the west tip of Cornwall, various of attractions (zoo, aquarium, subject parks), and many beaches. The Crantock component is quieter and Crantock coastline and the Gannel is a astonishing for digging and development dams and waterways. No centers previous bogs on the vehicle park, so plan a *finished* picnic and look ahead to the intense and low tide cases. some Cornish beaches vanish thoroughly at low tide. From the Newquay area Land's end (tourist seize, even though it is Land's end) is an hour-ish, and each little thing else west slightly much less, concern to August site visitors, and a danger jams. Steam railway at Lappa valley Newquay with different events..?

I've been there in August and had a great time. The weather wasn't a problem at all when I was there.
